Italy is a country of many faces. On the one hand, it is home to monuments, because its history dates back to the times of ancient Rome. On the other hand, hundreds of years later it became a popular place to spend a comfortable summer vacation by the sea. Vacationers are attracted to beautiful modern hotels, but also to smaller apartment houses that retain the charm of original Italy.
Venice is a city in northeastern Italy and the capital of the Veneto region. Parts of Venice are renowned for the beauty of their settings, their architecture, and artwork. The lagoon and a part of the city are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Our trip will start with a meeting in Venice, we will meet you at the pick up place agreed in advance and take you to the hotel. Later in the afternoon we will go and discover great and delicious food in Italy.
Our tourist guide will pick you up at the hotel and together we will go to St Mark’s Square. After talking about the city's history we will pass by Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the Cannaregio district, the Doge’s Palace, other famous churches and end up with the St. Mark’s Basilica. Free evening for everyone, the Venice atmosphere will make you program for sure.
We will start our second day with a gondola ride. Glide along the most scenic stretch of the Grand Canal for unmatched views of historic palaces, such as Palazzo Barberino, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection museum, and other Venetian landmarks. After this we will have a typical Italian lunch with aperitivo later. Free afternoon & rest for the next day.
After breakfast our driver will take you to the airport or train station. Place depends on our agreement in advance. We are looking forward to seeing you soon on another tour with us.
