Information about the processing of personal data by East Travel
according to § 19 et seq. of Act no. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act"), in accordance with Art. 13 and 14 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU no. No 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive. 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR Regulation")

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION OPERATOR
All rights and obligations of the Operator, as well as you as the person concerned, are governed by the Privacy Act in accordance with the GDPR Regulation, which the Operator strictly observes. A personal data controller is a person who defines the purpose and means of processing personal data and processes personal data in his own name. Your personal data is operated by East Travel s.r.o. ,  with its registered office at Mlynské nivy 48 Bratislava, IČO: 48 279 994.

The operator has a designated person responsible for the protection of personal data that supervises the proper processing of personal data and can contact you at any time in writing at Mlynské nivy 48 Bratislava or electronically at info@eastaviation-eu.com.

2. SCOPE AND CATEGORY OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
The scope and / or the list of processed personal data is determined by the applicable legislation, it follows directly or indirectly from the concluded travel contract as well as other contractual documentation or is in agreement with the processing of personal data. Personal Data The Operator shall process to the extent necessary for the purpose of its processing. These are, in particular, data related to identity and contact details, such as title, first name, surname, home address, date of birth, birth number, travel document number and sketch, e-mail and telephone number.

For marketing purposes, the operator processes the following personal data categories:

a) Basic identification data - title, first name, surname and address of residence;

b) Contact details - email address and phone number;

c) Eventually photographs, video of the experience of the tour, if they are made;

d) Information about the use of products and services - which services you have shown in the past in the past, information on the use of the client zone, etc., on the basis of which we can recommend suitable products and services;

e) Information from phone calls or other interactions with you, such as by e-mail or SMS
 

3. SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data listed in the previous point 2 are obtained directly from you as the person concerned. In the case that personal data is not obtained directly from you as the data subject, the source of such personal data is in most cases your fellow or family member. Personal data resp. some of the personal information you provide when subscribing to a newsletter, signing up on www.eastravels.com , in a travel contract, or in other places in the online environment or other documents.

4. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
If the personal data are processed in connection with the fulfillment of the contractual obligations of the Operator, the legitimate interests of the Operator or according to a special regulation or an international agreement to which the Slovak Republic is bound, the purpose of the processing shall relate in particular to the following activities:

concluding, recording and managing travel arrangements, including customer care, within the client portal;
securing all services resulting from a tour contract;
concluding insurance contracts;
the fulfillment of visa-related contractual obligations;
the processing of personal data in accounting;
the processing of personal data in connection with the fulfillment of obligations arising from the employment relationship;
registration and archiving;
addressing possible complaints and active and passive litigation;
internal audit performance, compliance verification, and so on;
If the personal data are processed for marketing purposes, the main purpose of the processing is to provide the latest information about the Operator's current products and services, as well as the offers and services of the Operator's business partners, the purpose of which is related in particular to the following activities:

offer of products and services, where the Offer may be provided by the Operator in electronic form, in particular in the form of e-mail messages or messages sent to mobile devices via a telephone number or application, as well as through a client zone; by post, by phone, etc.
automated processing of personal data, including the use of applications for remarketing purposes, retargeting and segmenting users in order apos om adapt ť  offer your individual needs;
realization of consumer competitions;
Satisfaction surveys with used products and services;
for the purpose of organizing social events organized by the Operator.
Approval granted for marketing purposes is voluntary. However, it is necessary to ensure that the operator can be sent ť  individual product and service offerings, ensuring consumer contests, etc., Which thus provided without the consent of the operator is not entitled to the services to provide.

5. LEGAL BASIS
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is, by default, the fulfillment of the statutory obligation (in particular Act No. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data), the conclusion, administration and fulfillment of the contractual obligations of the tour contract, the legitimate interest in the protection of the rights and the right of the Operator's protected interests and the consent of the person concerned (mainly for marketing purposes, consumer competitions, etc.).

If you refuse to provide the Operator with the personal data required for the purpose of fulfilling the Operator's contractual obligations or by law, the Operator is not obliged to enter into a contract for the provision of a tour or, respectively, insurance contract, nor provide any other services.

6. PROFILING AND AUTOMATIC DECLARATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The operator also  performs the so-called " profiling, or automated processing in selected processes. Automated processing is also a processing of personal data in which only automated information systems (eg software, etc.) or web applications are used for the purpose of, for example, calculating the cost of a trip, etc. The operator tries provider ť individually adapted range of products and services and therefore personal data upon consent granted for marketing purposes profiles.

7. DATE OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
The operator is authorized to process the personal data of the persons concerned for a period of time determined in accordance with the relevant legislation. Processing of personal data by consent is only possible for the period for which consent was granted.

Consent is granted Operator for the duration of the contractual relationship ť ahu and for the next 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship ť lying or until the moment of withdrawal of consent.

If you are not, nor will you become, the Operator's client, the consent will be valid for 10 years from the date of the grant or until the withdrawal of the consent.

After the appropriate time, personal data will be deleted if stored or not? ude required under the relevant legislation of the Slovak Republic.

8. ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND CATEGORY OF PERSONAL DATA RECEIVERS
For the processing of personal data, other persons who process personal data as intermediaries may have access to personal data in addition to the Operator and its employees. With regard to the range of services provided by the Operator, this is a very wide range of intermediaries, with the transfer of personal data to third countries, mostly destination and transit countries, in the sense of the concluded travel contract. Below are the different categories of intermediaries:

- providers of accommodation facilities;

- airlines;

- shipping companies;

- guides;

- embassies, embassies;

- collaborating agencies;

- local travel agencies;

- IT service providers;

- providers of accounting services;

- lawyers' offices;

- public authorities;

- Other persons who provide services to the Operator and process personal data on their behalf under a contract for the processing of personal data.

For the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, other persons who process personal data as intermediaries may have access to personal data other than the Operator and its employees. For example, it may be external companies that manage IT systems or provide other services in connection with the processing of personal data for marketing purposes

9. RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED IN PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The person concerned may exercise the following rights when processing personal data:

- the right of access and information on personal data,

- the right to correct personal data,

- the right to delete personal data,

- the right to limit the processing of personal data,

- the right to the portability of personal data,

- the right to object to the processing of personal data,

- the right to ineffectiveness of automated individual decision making, including profiling,

- the right to withdraw consent at any time (if consent is the legal basis of processing),

The person concerned may exercise these rights in accordance with the Privacy Act and the GDPR Regulation as well as other relevant legislation.

Statements and possible information on the measures taken The operator shall provide as soon as possible and at the latest within one month of the receipt of the request. In justified cases, with regard to the complexity and the number of applications, the Operator may extend this period for another two months, even repeatedly. An operator is required to inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt of the application together with the reasons for the extension of the time limit.

10. REFUSAL OF CONSENT TO PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your consent to the processing of personal data is based on the principle of voluntariness, ie consent can be revoked at any time by e-mail sent to the e-mail address info@eastaviation-eu.com, including your personal data at least in the scope of the name and surname, address of residence together with information that you do not wish the Operator to process your personal information (or, if you would like to receive only the selected offers, please indicate what offers are in order for us to comply ) .
