The capital and at the same time the largest city of Hungary. This city with county law and also the administrative center of the Peština County extends on both sides of the Danube River. Already in the 1st century BC, the Celts lived in this area, and around 89 the Romans lived here. For many years under the rule of the Habsburgs, Budapest was divided into Pest, Starý Budín and Budín. From January 1, 1873, these three parts were merged and thus created a more or less unified Budapest.

Szia is a typical hello in Hungary, you will hear it anytime. Our trip will start at the airport, and a driver from our company will pick you up and take you to the hotel. After checking, later in the afternoon we will start to explore. Our first stop will be dedicated to local food, traditional specialities and great wine. Hungary is a country with really great food, spicy and hot.
After breakfast you will meet our guide and we will start exploring the old town. Budapest is not only a beautiful city with an interesting location, but it is the only capital city in the world that has hot springs. Two places in Budapest are part of the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage: the Danube Panorama of Budapest and the Buda Castle District and the historical district around Andrássy Street út. The symbol of Buda is the Gellért Hill, which provides visitors with a beautiful view. There is a Citadel on its top and several spas at its foot. The most important sights are the Royal Palace, the church of St. Matiáša, House of Hungarian Wines, Buda Castle Labyrinth and Fisherman's Bastion.
